This is the thrilling moment a daredevil mountain biker jumps over the pack of Tour de France cyclists.

Valentin Anouilh, 21, spent six months training for the stunt which saw him soar over the heads of the elite riders as they sprinted through a valley near Saint Flour, Auvergne.

The adrenaline junkie timed the jump so that he would fly over the Tour de France pack as they embarked on stage 10 of the 21-part competition on Monday.
